Wendy Borof
Wendy Borof completed her Pilates certification through Balanced Body in 2009. She completed the Kathy Grant Heritage Training program in 2016. This program provides extensive training designed for pilates instructors that passes on a deeper foundation and understanding of movement that Kathy Grant acquired from Joseph Pilates. This training proved to be transformative not only for Wendy’s teaching but for her own pilates practice as well. She has found that she can truly help her clients to move with more ease whether it is an injury they are coming back from or maintaining their active and athletic lifestyles. The result is a balance between large and small muscle groups as well as strength to flexibility ratio.
Pilates is the wellbeing and integration of the mind, body and spirit and so Wendy opened Pilates Balance in 2014 with Alison Palmer’s Physical Therapy and Wellness Center. The Wellness Center is a place that truly incorporates this philosophy.”
